The Woodham Group practices the instructional design techniques of Dr. Robert Mager, author of the Mager Six-Pack, and applies these methodologies to the design of performance-based, criterion-referenced instructional programs. She maintains a certification in Criterion-Referenced Instruction (CRI), Instructional Module Design (IMD) and Master of Instructor-Led Training (MILT) completed through The Center for Effective Performance in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ms. Woodham has completed extensive training with The Center for Accelerated Learning studying the application of adult learning principles in the design of adult training programs. The Center for Accelerated Learning is recognized internationally for its pioneering work with accelerated learning techniques that incorporate the use of somatic, auditory, visual and intellectual teaching methodologies respectively throughout the design and implementation of professional development programs. Ms. Woodham currently uses CourseBuilder, a systematic course development tool created by The Center for Accelerated Learning, to design course content that incorporates these accelerated learning principles.
Ms. Woodham has more than eight years of instructional design experience with industries including telecommunications, retail, education, utilities, and government agencies in the design of performance-based training that is exciting and long-lasting.
